2025-2026 IJBBA BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

The IJBBA Board of Directors consists of 11 members who are selected by the IJBBA Advisory and Executive Committees.  Each year at the National Junior Brangus Show Board Candidates interview with the Selection Committee and the selected candidates are seated at the Annual Membership Meeting and NJBS Awards Banquet.  IJBBA Directors serve two year terms and spend their terms travelling the country attending shows, sales, conferences, and industry events representing the Brangus breed.  The IJBBA Board of Directors is also solely responsible for the operations of the organization including organizing and executing IJBBA events including the National Junior Brangus Show and the IJBBA Legacy Leadership Conference.​

IJBBA ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The IJBBA Advisory Committee is a special group of people who are selected by the IJBBA Board of Directors as a source of adult leadership and guidance.  Advisors are elected to serve terms of three years and give voluntarily of their time and often finances to travel around the country while assisting the IJBBA Board in their missions to grow the organization. 
Every year nominations are made and voted on by the IJBBA Board of Directors to determine who will fill the two available seats for that given year.  The IJBBA greatly appreciates these advisors for their hard work and dedication to the junior association.

Candidates must be able to travel independently, have attended at least one prior NJBS and must be present at the NJBS in which they are applying to participate in interviews and assist the IJBBA Board with the show.
