KENDRA BRULL, 2020-2021 IJBBA Ex-Officio

Biography

​After serving one year as the Ex-Officio of the IJBBA Board, Kendra Brull is returning for another term entering in to her 7th and final year as a director. She is also currently working on her first semester of Graduate School at Wichita State University where she will be getting her Masters in Sports Management. In the past Kendra has been involved in 4-H, as well as high school and college sports where she most recently played basketball for Friends University.  Kendra has been involved in the Brangus breed from a very young age and has attended many National Junior Brangus Shows.  Her brother, Alex also served on the IJBBA Board of Directors.

Fun Questions

  1. If you were to describe yourself as an animal, what would it be and why?  I would have to say a cow! I feel that I am pretty laid back but there are moments that I can become really hyper or really upset. But most of the time I’m just easy going just going with the flow.
  2. If you could choose your last meal, what would it be? My mom’s homemade Roast, with mashed potatoes, carrots, a nice big Dr. pepper, with some of my grandmas zucchini bread,
  3. What was your favorite childhood toy? I would have to say, cars, my Tonka trucks and anything outside really. If I could get in the dirt and play with it I loved it.
  4. What is/was your dream job? My first dream job was to be a NASCAR driver! When I was a little girl that was all I wanted to do! But now my dream job is to be a Division 1 College Women’s Basketball coach!
  5. What is your favorite season and why? Fall! I love the colors and the weather, is the perfect time of the year normally to wear short and a hoodie!
  6. What is your favorite quote? “It is what it is. But it’ll be what you make it.” – Pat Summitt
  7. What is your biggest fear? I would have to say disappointing my family. They do so much for me and help me through so much I would hate to ever disappoint them.
  8. What is your strangest talent? I don’t know my strangest talent….

"GET INVOLVED! Don’t pass up opportunities because you will regret it when your older and can no longer be involved."
