CASEY HARPER, 2020-2021 International Brangus Queen
Casey Delona Harper of Haines City Florida is currently serving as the 2020-2021 International Brangus Queen. Casey is the twenty-two year old daughter of Don and Susan Harper. As a child she was introduced to the beef industry by her late Grandfather Von Ivey. Determined to keep his legacy alive her family purchased his operation in its entirety after his passing in 2006. Now along side her father she owns and manages their family ranch known as Harper Cattle & Timber. Their central Florida cattle operation strives on producing show quality Brangus females, bulls, semen, and embryos. Their operation was expanded by adding a second location in Farmerville Louisiana. Casey has been heavily involved in the Brangus breed exhibiting and producing champions since 2013. She is no stranger to the roads! Casey has shown her commitment by traveling thousands of miles every year to exhibit her cattle at National and Regional Brangus shows across the country accumulating numerous accolades along the way. The Brangus breed and its community has molded her into the young women she is today. Being able to give back and pass down her experience to the next generation is what fuels her determination. Casey plans on using her platform as Queen to show how much she has grown in knowledge of the Brangus breed and to represent our association with dignity and honor. "I am forever grateful for the relationships I've established over the years with fellow breeders who have impacted my herd and its genetics tremendously."
